Third-party charges not included
DutiesBook plans cover the platform itself. The following provider-side fees are billed separately, directly by the provider, and pass through at cost:
- WhatsApp Business API conversations and template messages, billed by Meta per their official rate card (varies by country, conversation category, and volume).
- Channel-provider fees for any third-party integration you connect (e.g. SMS gateway, email-sending provider).
- Optional add-ons such as additional team seats, premium phone-number provisioning, or paid managed-onboarding.
